It pulls of characters with similar names to mine but not my character. How can I pull up the correct character?

Thank you for trying my FFXIV profile generator 🙂 Can you please tell me the name and the server of your character? Then I might be able to fix it as it worked with most characters up to now. Thanks!
(If you want, I can delete the name and server of your character from here as soon as I noted it.)
